Cancellation Policy for Alchemy Fitness Consultancy L.L.C

At Alchemy Fitness Consultancy L.L.C, we strive to offer you the best in fitness coaching and consultancy services. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling our services.

1. Appointment Cancellations:

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring any charges.
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service rate.
  • No-shows will be charged the full rate of the scheduled service.

2. Membership Cancellations:

  • Monthly memberships require a 30-day written notice to cancel. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the subsequent billing cycle.
  • Annual memberships can be canceled within the first 30 days for a full refund, minus any pro-rated charges for services already rendered. After 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
